Who writes it
The reviews are written by Wade Hollis, a central Texas backyard pitmaster with about fifteen years on the smoker and the grill. He has worn out pellet grills, an offset stick-burner, a kamado, and more than one cheap gas grill that rusted out too soon, and he has the opinions to prove it. He cares about one thing: helping you spend your money on gear that holds up and cooks well.
